ATC Parade Service
Sunday 9th February, 10am
Every year in February cadets and staff celebrate the formation of the Air Training Corps with church services and parades known as ATC Sunday. This allows squadrons to parade through their local towns and villages and show the ATC presence in their local communities.
Having been officially formed 79 years ago during the Second World War, on February 5, 1941, the corps’ individual squadrons all parade on the nearest Sunday to that date and attend a church service to renew their Cadet Promise.
On the 9th February we will be hosting this service. Everyone is welcome to attend and as usual, there will be coffee and biscuits in the hall afterwards.
